1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Speed Labs, Inc. ("Speed Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Speed Survivor skill-based contest platform, our websites, mobile applications, software, widgets, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, depositing funds, entering a skill-based contest ("Contest"), or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any Contest-specific rules, FAQs, and supplemental terms incorporated by reference (collectively, the "Contest Rules").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2Nature of the Service — Skill-Based Contests
Skill, Not Chance. Speed Survivor is a skill-based prediction contest platform. Each Contest is designed so that the outcome is determined predominantly by the User's knowledge, judgment, attention, timing, strategy, and accumulated experience — not by chance. Player success increases with practice, study, and skill development over time. Edit with
Contest Format. Speed Survivor Contests are live, elimination-style prediction competitions tied to real- world sporting events. Users answer yes/no questions generated in real time based on live game conditions (e.g., momentum, score, clock, possession, player performance, and other contextual factors). Users advance by answering correctly; they are eliminated for an incorrect answer or for failing to respond within the allotted window. Winners are determined by total points earned, with ties typically broken by response speed, as set forth in the applicable Contest Rules.
No Bet or Wager. Entry fees, if any, are paid solely to obtain gameplay access to a Contest of skill. They are not a bet, wager, or stake on the outcome of any underlying sporting event. Prizes are awarded to the User(s) whose own skill-based performance in the Contest meets the criteria set forth in the Contest Rules.
No Guarantee of Winnings. Participation does not guarantee any prize. Outcomes depend on your decisions, the applicable Contest Rules, third-party data feeds, and real-world sporting events that are inherently uncertain.
Speed Labs has the sole discretion to determine Contest structures, scoring systems, question formats, payout schedules, eligibility criteria, and prize allocations, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service or any Contest at any time, with or without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
3Eligibility
To access the Service, you must meet each of the following requirements:
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or nineteen (19) years old if you reside in Alabama or Nebraska, or older if a higher age of majority applies in your jurisdiction. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which Speed Labs offers the Service. Speed Labs uses geolocation technology to detect your location and will block access from jurisdictions where the Service is not offered. You must not be located in any U.S. state or territory in which Speed Labs has not made the Service available. As of the Last Updated date above, paid Contests are not offered in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, and Washington. This list is subject to change in Speed Labs's sole discretion based on legal and regulatory developments. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction in which your participation would violate applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You may be required to complete identity verification, age verification, sanctions screening, and other compliance checks (including Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Customer Due Diligence ("CDD")
- procedures) as a condition to funding your account, entering Contests, or receiving prizes. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and consultants of Speed Labs and its affiliates, and members of their immediate households, may be restricted or prohibited from participating in some or all Contests at Speed Labs's sole discretion. You must not appear on any applicable sanctions, embargo, or restricted-party list maintained by the U.S. Government or any other governmental authority with jurisdiction over you.
4Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your full legal name, email address, telephone number, residential address, and date of birth. You may not withdraw funds until you have provided proof of your age and residency satisfactory to Speed Labs. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification. Promptly update your information as needed to keep it accurate and complete. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, restrict access to your devices, and use strong, unique passwords. Immediately notify Speed Labs of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected security breach. Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account, except activity resulting from Speed Labs's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Speed Labs may, in its sole discretion, refuse to open, suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, including to comply with applicable law, mitigate fraud or money-laundering risks, protect the integrity of Contests, or address suspected violations of these Terms.
One Account Per User. You may maintain only one (1) Speed Survivor account. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, accounts in another person's name, and account sales or transfers are prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of balances and prizes.
5User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, and to comply with these Terms, all applicable Contest Rules, and all applicable laws. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- Use the Service in furtherance of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other unlawful purpose. Use scripts, bots, automated tools, scrapers, emulators, modified clients, or any artificial means to participate in Contests, gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with the integrity of scoring Edit withor timing.
- Collude with other Users or third parties to manipulate Contest outcomes, scoring, leaderboards, or prize structures. Create or use multiple accounts, including accounts registered under false names or in the name of another person. Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other Users' accounts, or the underlying systems. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any part of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. Use stolen, compromised, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods or identities. Sell, lease, transfer, or share your account, entries, or prizes, except as expressly permitted by Speed Labs in writing. Use a VPN, proxy, or other tool to misrepresent or conceal your physical location, evade geofencing, or otherwise circumvent jurisdictional restrictions. Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other Users, Speed Labs personnel, or third parties through the Service.
6Deposits, Entry Fees, Payments, Chargebacks, and Withdrawals
By providing a payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, bank account, or digital wallet), you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of that method and authorize Speed Labs and its payment processors to initiate the charges, debits, credits, and holds necessary to process deposits, entry fees, refunds, and withdrawals.
- Entry Fees Are Final. All entry fees are non-refundable once a Contest has begun, except as expressly stated in the applicable Contest Rules or as required by law. Speed Labs may, in its sole discretion, issue refunds or account credits. Platform Fee. Speed Labs may retain a platform service fee from the entry-fee pool. The remainder of the pool is awarded to the Contest winner(s) as set forth in the applicable Contest Rules. Holds and Reviews. Speed Labs may delay, withhold, freeze, or deny deposits, withdrawals, and prize payouts for fraud review, identity verification, chargeback risk, suspicious activity, regulatory compliance, or any other reason permitted by law. Chargebacks and Disputes. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes that are fraudulent or made in bad faith. If you initiate such a chargeback or dispute, Speed Labs may offset the disputed amount, plus any fees, penalties, and costs incurred, against your account balance, future prizes, or other amounts owed to you; close or suspend your account; cancel pending entries; and pursue any other remedies available at law or equity. Withdrawal Verification. Before approving any withdrawal, Speed Labs may require you to complete additional identity, address, banking, or tax verification, including providing government-issued identification and proof of bank account ownership.
- Play-Through. Withdrawals may be subject to a play-through requirement on deposit and promotional balances as set forth in our Play-Through Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Inactive Accounts. Speed Labs may apply administrative or inactivity fees to accounts that remain dormant for an extended period and may remit unclaimed balances in accordance with applicable unclaimed-property laws.
7Contest Rules, Results, and Binding Decisions
Each Contest is governed by Contest Rules that may include eligibility requirements, entry fees, prize structures, scoring algorithms, tie-breaking procedures, and other conditions. By entering a Contest, you agree to be bound by the applicable Contest Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Contest Rules, these Terms control, except where the Contest Rules expressly state that they supersede these Terms for that specific Contest.
Speed Labs's calculations, scoring, and determinations of Contest outcomes, standings, and prizes are final, binding, and non-appealable, except that Speed Labs may, in its sole discretion, correct obvious errors and address technical failures, including by adjusting scoring, modifying prize pools, canceling or rescheduling Contests, or declaring no results in cases of data irregularities, force-majeure events, or other circumstances that materially affect the fairness or viability of a Contest.
8Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Anti-Money Laundering
Speed Labs monitors activity on the Service to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other unlawful or abusive conduct. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Speed Labs may require additional information and documentation (including government-issued identification, proof of address, source of funds, and beneficial-ownership information) and may suspend or restrict your account until such information is provided and reviewed. Speed Labs may share information about you, your account, and your transactions with payment processors, banking partners, auditors, regulators, and law-enforcement authorities to the extent reasonably necessary to detect or prevent unlawful activity, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of Speed Labs and others. Speed Labs may freeze, block, or forfeit account balances and prizes where required by law or where Speed Labs reasonably believes they are associated with unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct. Speed Labs implements KYC and CDD protocols at onboarding and at payout, including verification of identity and bank-account ownership, and may re-verify Users at any time.
9Skill Integrity and Anti-Cheating
Because the Service relies on the skill of its Users, Speed Labs takes additional measures to protect Contest integrity. Speed Labs may, without limitation:
- Deploy bot-detection, anti-collusion, and anomaly-detection systems. Review gameplay logs, response times, device telemetry, and account behavior. Disqualify entries, void prizes, and suspend or terminate accounts found to have used prohibited automation, multiple accounts, collusion, or other unfair means. Adjust Contest mechanics, question difficulty, or scoring to promote fairness, equal opportunity, and compliance with applicable law.
10Data Feeds, Gameplay, and Connectivity Requirements
The Service uses real-time and near-real-time technology, third-party data feeds, and live event information. Speed Labs does not warrant that any such data is accurate, complete, or current. In the event of discrepancies, Speed Labs's determination of the official Contest outcome will govern.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a compatible device, current operating system, and stable, continuous internet connection sufficient to support real-time gameplay. Network interruptions, latency, packet loss, Wi-Fi handoffs, carrier limitations, VPNs, background app activity, battery-saver modes, and other device or network conditions may cause delays, lag, missed prompts, or failure to receive updates in real time. You are responsible for any data, SMS, roaming, or other carrier charges incurred through your use of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEED LABS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, MISSED OPPORTUNITY, OR ADVERSE CONTEST OUTCOME RESULTING FROM (A) NETWORK OUTAGES, PACKET LOSS, OR LATENCY CAUSED BY YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, MOBILE CARRIER, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY COMMUNICATIONS PROVIDER; (B) DEVICE-LEVEL ISSUES INCLUDING STORAGE, BATTERY, OVERHEATING, OR OPERATING-SYSTEM LIMITATIONS; OR (C) YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A STABLE CONNECTION OR TO TIMELY UPDATE THE APPLICATION OR OPERATING SYSTEM.
In the event of widespread technical issues affecting the Service generally (as opposed to issues isolated to your device or connection), Speed Labs may, but is not obligated to, modify, pause, void, or resettle affected Contests or issue credits or other remedies in its sole discretion.
11Privacy and Data Security
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share,

You acknowledge that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed Labs is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access, hacking, or other security incidents, except to the extent caused by Speed Labs's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, data feeds, content, websites, and applications ("Third-Party Services"). Speed Labs does not control and is not responsible for Third-Party Services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Speed Labs is not liable for any acts or omissions of any Third-Party Service.
13Intellectual Property and Limited License
All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, graphics, audio, and other materials made available through the Service (collectively, the "Speed Labs Materials") are owned by or licensed to Speed Labs and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Speed Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service and the Speed Labs Materials solely for your personal, non- commercial entertainment.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, publish, transmit, frame, scrape, or create derivative works of any Speed Labs Material.
14Publicity
By accepting a prize, you grant Speed Labs and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your username, city/state of residence, and prize information for reasonable promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law. Use of your full legal name, image, or likeness for marketing requires your separate written consent.
15Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEED LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.
SPEED LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
16Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPEED LABS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (B) ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; (C) ANY ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN DATA FEEDS, SCORING, CALCULATION, OR CONTEST OUTCOMES; (D) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR INFORMATION; OR (E) ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SPEED LABS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SPEED LABS IN ENTRY FEES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Speed Labs, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service or participation in any Contest; (b) your violation of these Terms or any Contest Rules; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you or on your behalf (except where caused by Speed Labs's error); (e) any content or information you submit or transmit through the Service; or (f) any actual or alleged involvement in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity using the Service.
18Account Suspension and Termination
Speed Labs may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in suspicious or unlawful conduct, threatened the integrity of the Service, or created legal exposure for Speed Labs or others. Upon termination, you may lose access to your account, entries, and any unpaid prizes, subject to applicable law and Speed Labs's compliance procedures. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, and 15 through 22.
19Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE CERTAIN DISPUTES WITH SPEED LABS THROUGH INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION AND LIMITS YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first try to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute") informally by contacting Speed Labs at the address in Section 22 and providing a written description of the Dispute and the relief sought. Speed Labs and you will negotiate in good faith for at least sixty (60) days before either party may commence arbitration.
Binding Arbitration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any Dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its then-current rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement.
CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND SPEED LABS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
JURY-TRIAL WAIVER. IF, FOR ANY REASON, A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION, YOU AND SPEED LABS EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT ANY SUCH PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY BEFORE A JUDGE.
20Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any Dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law. Subject to Section 19, any judicial proceeding permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
21Changes to the Service and Terms
Speed Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Speed Labs may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date, posting a notice
within the Service, or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
22Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Contest Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the Play-Through Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Speed Labs regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No Waiver. Speed Labs's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Speed Labs's prior written consent. Speed Labs may freely assign these Terms. Force Majeure. Speed Labs is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disturbances, internet failures, governmental actions, or failures of third-party providers. Notices. Notices to Speed Labs must be sent to the contact point identified in the Service or in writing to Speed Labs's registered office and are effective when received. Speed Labs may send notices to you by email or in-Service notification. Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Acknowledgment. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them, including the binding arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, and jury-trial waiver in Section 19.
